Noir: Strings at The Gallery

Strings. Art. Cocktails.

Join The Cathedral + Austin Camerata for an intimate, one-of-a-kind musical experience at Austin's most unique gallery.

Noir: String Sessions at the Gallery brings a string quartet and vocalist Naala into The Cathedral for a one-hour performance that moves between classical and contemporary music. Debussy, Nina Simone, Moon River, Billie Eilish, and Chappell Roan are woven together through lush strings, vocals, and a darker edge. Framed by the art surrounding them, the performers don't just play the room — they haunt it.

Join us for an intimate event of strings, voice, art, and cocktails inside a former church-turned-immersive gallery.

Each session includes:

  • A curated one-hour performance by the string quartet and Naala

  • A 45-minute cocktail hour before the show to explore The Cathedral's current exhibition featuring work by Austin's top emerging women and nonbinary artists

  • An open bar with complimentary craft cocktails and drinks from local partners
